<![CDATA[The purpose of this descriptive quantitative research is to determine how satisfied students are with BAK services at IAIN Ternate. The study population was 5th semester (odd) students of academic year 2023/2024, and 18 samples were used. Data was collected using a set of questionnaires for the 18 people who participated. Then, the data were analysed using descriptive statistics using IBM SPSS Statistic 20. The results obtained from the Analysis of Student Satisfaction with BAK Services using Descriptive Statistics research with the value of N or the amount of data is 18, the min value or the smallest number is 22, the max or the largest number is 40, and the mean or average value is 31.72 (32). The study found that BAK services at IAIN Ternate increased student satisfaction and that the quality of academic services (BAK) dominated substantially to the level of student enjoyment. In addition, the number of students who agree with BAK services can also have a positive impact on the level of student satisfaction.]]>
