<![CDATA[This community service program was conducted through the Universitas Riau Community Service Program (KUKERTA) in Berancah Village, Bantan District, Bengkalis Regency, from June 19 to August 1, 2026. The program addressed several community issues, including limited awareness of dengue fever prevention, healthy lifestyles and proper hand hygiene, environmental cleanliness, bullying prevention, household food security, and the sustainable utilization of local tourism potential. The objective of this program was to empower the community by enhancing knowledge, awareness, and participation in health, education, and environmental management through participatory and educational approaches. The methods employed included field observation, needs assessment, coordination with village stakeholders, community education, counseling, demonstrations, mentoring, and the development of educational infrastructure. The implemented activities comprised the installation of waste education signboards, the construction of a village welcome sign, dengue fever prevention campaigns, health education through physical exercise, anti-bullying awareness programs, proper handwashing education, hydroponic kale cultivation training, and mangrove ecotourism strengthening initiatives. The results indicated that all planned programs were successfully implemented with strong community participation. These activities contributed to improving public knowledge and awareness regarding healthy living practices, including proper handwashing, environmental conservation, educational values, household food security, and the sustainable development of local tourism. Overall, the program strengthened community capacity and supported sustainable village development through collaborative empowerment involving the university, village government, and local residents.]]>
