Numeracy skills are fundamental competencies required by ele-mentary school students to understand and apply mathematical concepts in daily life. However, initial observations at SDN Bulang 1 revealed that several fourth-grade students still experience dif-ficulties in basic counting and literacy-numeracy skills. This com-munity service program, carried out under the Universitas Negeri Malang Belajar Bersama Masyarakat (UMBBM) scheme, aimed to describe the implementation of numeracy learning assistance us-ing interactive roda berhitung (counting wheel) media. Held at the UMBBM Post in Bulang Village, the activity involved four fourth-grade students. The implementation method utilized a learning assistance approach comprising media demonstrations, hands-on practice, and differentiated problem-solving exercises tailored to individual student capabilities. The results demon-strated that the roda berhitung media successfully enhanced stu-dent engagement, fostered enthusiasm, and simplified abstract mathematical concepts through concrete physical interactions. This study suggests that simple manipulative media combined with direct learning assistance serve as an effective alternative for strengthening elementary numeracy skills.
