<![CDATA[Coral reefs are one of the biota in the sea. Coral reefs are actually shaped like flowers in the sea but have a hard texture like rocks. Coral reefs need a process of decades to form, this causes coral reefs to become rare, especially with the damage to the marine ecosystem. Coral reefs have many types and not many people know the types of coral reefs. So that many ordinary people think that all coral reefs are the same and no one knows that coral reefs have their own names. The purpose of this study is to classify the types of coral reefs so that it is easier to know the types of coral reefs. To implement the classification of coral reef types, this research uses the extraction of GLCM features and the artificial neural network (JST) method, namely the Neural Network (NN). In this study, coral reef images are used as training data and test data. With this research, it is hoped that it will make it easier to know the types of coral reefs and it is expected to have a fairly high level of accuracy]]>
