<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the SIDEBAR application in the incoming letter and archiving management system at the Bureau of Government and Regional Autonomy (Pemotda) of the West Java Provincial Secretariat. Digital transformation through SIDEBAR is expected to improve administrative efficiency, but in practice, it still faces various challenges. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The analysis was conducted using a source approach and an internal process approach. The results show that SIDEBAR has facilitated the organization of mail categories and real-time monitoring of disposition status. However, the effectiveness of the system is not yet optimal due to network stability issues, application maintenance, and a system transition that is not yet fully integrated between the old and new versions. This study concludes that strengthening digital infrastructure and developing more technical SOPs are necessary to minimize double recording practices and improve data accountability.]]>
