This community service program aims to enhance time management and digital entrepreneurship competencies among Generation Z students through e-commerce-based training. The program was conducted at SMA-SMK JIS PKP Ciracas, Jakarta, involving 40 grade XI students using a one-group pre-test and post-test design. The intervention combined affiliate marketing, social media branding, search engine optimization, and practical time management strategies. The results show measurable improvement in students’ digital entrepreneurship literacy, especially in affiliate marketing literacy, which increased by up to 5.7 percent. Time management knowledge remained consistently high because students already had strong initial understanding, while the training strengthened their awareness of productive technology use. The novelty of this program lies in the integration of self-management and digital entrepreneurship within a community service-based educational intervention for Generation Z students. The findings indicate that combining time management training with e-commerce literacy can help students shift from passive technology use toward more purposeful, creative, and economically productive digital participation.
