Balanced nutrition is essential for supporting growth, cognitive development, learning concentration, and overall health among adolescents. However, inadequate nutrition knowledge and unhealthy eating habits remain common among school-aged adolescents. This community service program aimed to improve students' knowledge of balanced nutrition through the SEHATI (Healthy and Smart through Balanced Nutrition Education) program at SMPN 3 Sumedang. The activity involved 34 students from grades VII, VIII, and IX and was conducted offline on November 13, 2025. The intervention consisted of a pre-test, a 30-minute educational session using lectures and visual media, interactive discussions, and a post-test. The results indicated an increase in the average proportion of correct responses from 67.45% in the pre-test to 94.41% in the post-test, representing an absolute increase of 26.96 percentage points. The findings suggest that the SEHATI educational activity was associated with improved students' knowledge of balanced nutrition. Further programs involving repeated education, behavioral monitoring, and parental and school support are recommended to promote the sustained application of healthy eating practices.
