This community service program aimed to increase the value added of fresh milk produced by Padusan Nature Laboratory in Padusan Village, Pacet District, Mojokerto Regency, East Java, where 12 productive dairy cows yield 150–200 liters per day that were entirely sold raw to collectors at IDR 5,500 per liter. The program involved 18 managers and dairy farmers and was implemented over six months (March–August 2026) using a Participatory Action Research approach through five stages: needs assessment, installation and transfer of a 10-liter/batch pasteurizer, five training modules totaling 24 hours, mentoring in bookkeeping based on the Financial Accounting Standards for Micro, Small, and Medium Entities (SAK EMKM) and cost of goods manufactured (COGM) calculation, and digital marketing assistance. Outcomes were evaluated with a single-group before–after design using pre- and post-tests, a skills observation rubric, participant feedback, financial and production records, and laboratory testing. The mean knowledge score rose from 48.7 to 82.5, an absolute increase of 33.8 points equivalent to a 69.4% relative increase. Sixteen participants (88.9%) met the competency criterion and 14 (77.8%) adopted at least one new production, sanitation, financial-recording, or marketing practice. Laboratory testing indicated that the PADULAKTO pasteurized milk complied with the microbiological parameters assessed against SNI 3951:2018. The partner implemented COGM calculation, SAK EMKM-based recording, and digital marketing channels, with an estimated additional operating income of approximately IDR 1.8 million per month during initial commercialization. Because the design included no comparison group and the observation period was short, these outcomes should be read as program-associated changes rather than proven causal or long-term impact.
