<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the improvement in learning outcomes among of the 4th grade students at MIN 11 Pidie after the implementation of the Face to Face Promotive Interaction model. The type of research used was Classroom Action Research (CAR). The subjects were 22 of the 4th grade students (12 boys and 10 girls) during the 2nd semester of the 2020/2021 academic year. Data collection involved the use of lesson plans (RPP), individual and group observation sheets (LOAS and LOAG), and student worksheets (LKS) across three cycles. In Cycle I, the average score was 66, with a 40% achievement rate. In Cycle II, the average score rose to 71, with a 77% achievement rate. In Cycle III, the average score reached 82, with a 100% achievement rate. Thus, it can be concluded that the Face-to-Face Promotive Interaction model can improve student learning outcomes.]]>
