This study aims to analyze the influence of the physical environment and the service quality of health center staff on patient satisfaction at the Sumbang Community Health Center (Puskesmas), Curio District, Enrekang Regency. This research employed a quantitative approach using a survey method through questionnaires distributed to respondents. The study population consisted of all patients of Puskesmas Sumbang in 2024, totaling 4,968 individuals, with a sample of 100 respondents determined using the Slovin formula. Data analysis techniques included instrument testing, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing processed using IBM SPSS Statistics version 27. The results show that the physical environment and service quality of health center staff have a positive and significant effect on patient satisfaction. Multiple linear regression analysis indicates that improvements in the physical environment and staff service quality increase patient satisfaction. The coefficient of determination shows that 56.7% of patient satisfaction can be explained by these two variables, while the remaining percentage is influenced by other factors outside the research model.
