In this research, we will look at PT Dewa Patria in South Sumatra to see how leadership and company culture impact worker productivity. All 277 workers were surveyed using a census method, which was used in a quantitative way. Structured surveys utilizing a Likert scale were used to gather data, which was then analyzed using multiple linear regression with the use of SPSS software. The findings demonstrate that strong organizational principles, work standards, and a focus on cooperation all contribute to an environment where people are more invested in their job, produce better outcomes, and take more ownership of their responsibilities. Leadership has a favorable and substantial effect on employee performance, especially when it comes to the leader's capacity to inspire followers, lay out specific goals, and provide personalized assistance. In addition, the results show that leadership and organizational culture both significantly impact employee performance, which supports the idea that a combination of a positive work environment and strong leadership is essential for reaching organizational objectives. In order to foster a more disciplined, performance-oriented, and productive workplace, this research recommends that PT Dewa Patria consistently improve its leadership techniques and organizational culture.
