<![CDATA[This study aims to examine the effect of the physical work environment and job stress on employee loyalty, with perceived compensation fairness as an intervening variable at PT. Inti Sukses Garmindo. The research employed a quantitative approach using an explanatory research design to test causal relationships among variables. Data were collected from 100 permanent employees through a structured questionnaire using a five-point Likert scale consisting of 23 items. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression with SPSS, including validity, reliability, and classical assumption tests to ensure the accuracy and robustness of the model. The results indicate that the physical work environment does not have a significant direct effect on employee loyalty; however, it significantly influences perceived compensation fairness. Job stress has a significant effect on employee loyalty. Perceived compensation fairness has the most dominant influence on employee loyalty. These findings emphasize that psychological factors and perceptions of organizational justice play a more decisive role in enhancing employee loyalty than physical factors alone. Therefore, companies should implement fair, transparent, and well-communicated compensation systems to strengthen long-term employee commitment.]]>
