Immunization is an important effort in improving immunity and preventing various infectious diseases in children. According to World Health Organization (WHO) data in 2022, the number of children who have not received immunizations globally is 14.3 million children. The purpose of this outreach activity is to increase the knowledge of students of SD Negeri 88 Kendari regarding the importance of immunization and evaluate the effectiveness of education. This activity method consists of three stages: preparation, implementation, and evaluation, through interactive lecture activities accompanied by immunization demonstration media, ice breaking through videos and ranking 1 games involving 30 fifth grade students. The evaluation was carried out using a pre-test and post-test, then analyzed using a paired t-test. The results showed an increase in the average knowledge score from 82.33 before education to 96.00 after education, with a significance value of 0.000 (p <0.05). This increase indicates that the combination of interactive lecture, ice breaking, and ranking 1 methods in improving students' understanding of immunization. In conclusion, education about immunization is very effective in increasing students' knowledge and awareness regarding the importance of immunization as a disease prevention effort.
