This study aims to examine the management of Islamic educational institutions at SMPIT Darul Fikri Sidoarjo through the integration of managerial functions—planning, organizing, actuating, and controlling—with Islamic values such as amanah (trustworthiness), ikhlas (sincerity), and musyawarah (deliberation). The research employed a qualitative method with a case study approach. The informant were selected using a purposive sampling technique based on criteria established by the school. Data collection was conducted through in-depth interviews and documentation, with data validity tested through researcher triangulation.. The findings indicate that planning was developed participatively based on a Qurani vision and SWOT analysis; organizing was implemented based on competence; actuating was realized through transformational leadership, deep learning approaches, and controlled digital technology integration; while controlling was carried out through data-based academic supervision reinforced by the spiritual dimension of muhasabah (self-reflection). The novelty of this study lies in its empirical depiction of how managerial functions are operationally integrated with Islamic values within a single institution, thereby enriching value-based studies of Islamic education management.
