Objective: This study aims to identify waste in the product retrieval process at the Finished Goods Warehouse of PT Velasto Indonesia and propose a rack search system using the Lean Warehousing and Value Stream Mapping (VSM) approaches. Methods: This research employed a descriptive qualitative method with a case study approach. Data were collected through observation, interviews, documentation, and time studies, and analyzed using Lean Warehousing, Value Stream Mapping, and Fishbone Diagram. Results: The findings indicate that the product retrieval process is still performed manually, resulting in several types of waste, including motion, waiting, transportation, and over-processing. The proposed improvement, consisting of a digital rack search system, standardized rack coding, and visual management, is expected to reduce non-value-added activities and improve the efficiency of product retrieval. Novelty: This study proposes the integration of Lean Warehousing with a digital Finished Goods rack search system to improve warehouse operational efficiency
