<![CDATA[Objective: This research aims to understand classroom management in improving students' learning effectiveness. Education management is an organized organizational structure implemented by educators and education personnel in managing resources to achieve educational goals effectively and efficiently in accordance with educational standards, procedures, norms and functions. The method used is literature study, namely by collecting and analyzing various relevant sources. The research results show that classroom management plays a very important role in increasing students' understanding of material. Several factors that support the formation of good classroom management include classroom dynamics factors, curriculum factors, classroom building and facilities factors, teacher factors and student factors. Class management is able to create a conducive learning atmosphere, so that students will understand the learning material easily and be actively involved in learning.]]>
