The study is based on the importance of human resource development, particularly in improving employee competence and adaptation to organizational work culture to enhance overall organizational performance. This research employed a descriptive quantitative approach. The population and sample consisted of 77 employees selected using a saturated sampling technique. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, t-tests, F-tests, and the coefficient of determination (R²). Work competence emerged as the most dominant factor influencing employee performance, with a beta coefficient of 0.550, compared to work culture with a beta coefficient of 0.335.
