Objective: This study aims to analyze and compare Henry Fayol's coordination concept with the concept of at-Tansiq (coordination) from the perspective of the Qur'an and hadith, in order to find common ground in effective and efficient organizational management. Methods: This study uses a qualitative method with a literature review approach (library research). The analysis was conducted comparatively to identify the similarities, differences, and practical implications of the two concepts. Results: Coordination, according to Fayol, emphasizes technical efficiency, unity of command, and structural harmony for mechanistic organizational stability. In contrast, at-Tansiq offers a holistic approach that aligns moral values-based tasks to achieve material and spiritual success. Novelty: This research provides novelty in the form of an integrative conceptual framework. This synthesis combines classical management efficiency with Islamic ethical values, resulting in a contemporary organizational management model that is not only oriented to productivity, but also to the values of spirituality and voluntary cooperation.
