<![CDATA[Objective: This study analyses the gap between regulatory ideality and the reality of policy implementation in the management of educational facilities within Islamic educational institutions. The study is based on the premise that educational facilities are not merely technical instruments supporting learning activities, but also strategic resources that shape institutional governance, instructional effectiveness, and the sustainability of Islamic educational services. This research employs a qualitative approach using library research. The data were drawn from educational regulations, academic books, scholarly journal articles, and previous studies relevant to facility management in Islamic educational institutions. The data were analyzed through a descriptive-analytical process involving data reduction, categorization, interpretation, and synthesis. The findings reveal a significant gap between policy norms and actual practices, particularly in planning, inventory management, maintenance, and the fulfillment of facility standards. This gap is shaped by the interaction of structural, cultural, and managerial factors. Its implications are reflected in weakened facility planning, ineffective asset management, reduced support of facilities for learning processes, hindered quality culture, and declining institutional accountability. Therefore, strengthening facility management in Islamic educational institutions requires policy synchronization, reinforcement of organizational culture, and continuous improvement of managerial capacity.]]>
