Strengthening religious character is an essential educational goal, yet its implementation in schools is often merely ceremonial. This study aims to describe the internalized school cultural values, internalization strategies, and the supporting and inhibiting factors in strengthening students' religious character at SDIT Lukmanul Hakim Gorontalo. A qualitative method with a case study approach was used. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation involving the principal, teachers, parents, and students. Data analysis followed the Miles, Huberman, and SaldaƱa model. The results indicate that the internalization of school culture is systematically implemented through routine worship habituation, teacher role modeling, the integration of Islamic values in learning, and the Bina Pribadi Islami (BPI) Program. This process is supported by the foundation's commitment, the JSIT curriculum, and parental collaboration. Conversely, the main inhibiting factors are limited home supervision and the negative influence of gadgets. This study contributes to producing a religious culture internalization model centered on close synergy between school and family for holistic student character development.
