Developing religious character requires planned and continuous guidance, particularly through activities that provide students with direct learning experiences. This study aimed to analyze the management of muhadhoroh religious extracurricular activities in developing students' religious character at SMPIT Imam Syafi'i 2 Pekanbaru. A descriptive qualitative approach with a case study design was employed. Data were obtained through observation, semi-structured interviews with the principal, vice principal for student affairs, extracurricular coach, homeroom teacher, and students, as well as program documentation. Data were analyzed through data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing, while trustworthiness was established through source and technique triangulation. The findings showed that the program was managed systematically through planning, organizing, actuating, and controlling. Coordination among school personnel, gradual coaching, rotating task assignments, and regular evaluation supported improvements in discipline, responsibility, self-confidence, public speaking skills, mutual respect, and religious practices. These findings confirm that the effectiveness of muhadhoroh is determined not only by the activity content but also by the quality of program management. Structured management makes muhadhoroh an effective strategy for strengthening students' religious character and sustaining a religious school culture.
