Objective: This study aims to analyze the transformation of curriculum models and curriculum organization from a subject-centered approach to a society-centered approach at MA Al-Amiriyyah Darussalam Blokagung Banyuwangi, focusing on implementation strategies, supporting and inhibiting factors, and their implications for improving educational quality. Methods: This research employed a qualitative case study approach. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation involving the principal, vice principal for curriculum affairs, teachers, and students. Data were analyzed using the interactive model of data condensation, data display, and conclusion drawing, while data validity was ensured through source, technique, and time triangulation. Results: The findings indicate that curriculum transformation was implemented through the integration of contextual learning, project-based learning, character education, and collaboration with the community. Curriculum organization was developed by integrating the national curriculum with the pesantren curriculum, resulting in a more adaptive, contextual, and society-oriented learning process. The transformation was supported by strong leadership commitment, teacher competence, and an adaptive institutional culture, although challenges remained in resource readiness, time management, and digital learning facilities.
