<![CDATA[This study aims to describe remedial and enrichment management in improving student learning outcomes at MAN 3 Banda Aceh, as well as analyze the challenges faced, efforts to address them, and the resulting impacts. The study used a qualitative approach with a descriptive design. The research subjects consisted of the madrasah principal, the vice curriculum officer, teachers, and students who were selected purposively. Data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation, then analyzed using the Miles et al. model, which includes data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. Data validity was obtained through source triangulation, technical triangulation, and reconfirmation with informants. The results showed that program management had been implemented in a structured manner referring to learning guidelines, but still faced challenges such as time constraints and differences in student ability levels and learning speeds. To overcome these challenges, the madrasah and teachers implemented data-based planning strategies, flexible learning method adjustments, and good coordination between parties. These strategies enabled the program to continue running effectively and had a positive impact in the form of increasing student achievement and academic ability evenly. This study shows that planned and adaptive management is able to accommodate the diversity of student abilities, while also confirming that targeted learning services are an important factor that influences student motivation and learning achievement.]]>
