This study aims to analyze the influence of self-service technology and Islamic business ethics on consumer satisfaction at Bloc Barat Cafe. A quantitative research method was employed. The study population consisted of Generation Z individuals aged 17 and older, with a sample size of 100 obtained through purposive sampling. Data were collected by distributing Likert-scale questionnaires to respondents and subsequently analyzed using multiple linear regression with the aid of SPSS version 26 software. The results indicate that self-service technology has a positive and significant partial effect on consumer satisfaction at Bloc Barat Cafe. Islamic business ethics also have a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction at Bloc Barat Cafe. Furthermore, self-service technology and Islamic business ethics exert a significant simultaneous effect on consumer satisfaction at Bloc Barat Cafe.
