<![CDATA[This study aims to evaluate the usability of a task management system based on a Discord bot integrated with Google Sheets to support digital collaboration activities. The background of this research is the fragmentation of collaboration tools across multiple applications, which may reduce efficiency and increase task management complexity. A mixed-method approach was employed by combining quantitative and qualitative analyses to obtain a comprehensive understanding of user experience. The system was tested with 15 participants through simulated task management scenarios, including task creation, updating, deletion, and monitoring via the integration of Discord and Google Sheets. Data were collected through observation and questionnaires covering aspects of effectiveness, efficiency, workflow clarity, system understanding, and usage potential. The results show that all participants successfully completed the assigned tasks with a 100% success rate. Most users were able to understand the system workflow after a single use, and the division of functions between platforms was considered clear without significant confusion. However, improvements are still needed in onboarding support and user documentation. In conclusion, the developed system demonstrates good usability and has potential to effectively support task management in digital collaborative environments.]]>
