Which is thought to be caused by low public knowledge and the less strategic location of the branch office. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of knowledge and location on the interest in becoming a BSI OTO financing customer. This study uses a quantitative approach with a correlational research type. The data collection technique was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 40 respondents who are BSI OTO financing customers. Data analysis was carried out using validity tests, reliability, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression, t-test, F-test, and coefficient of determination with the help of SPSS version 26. The results showed that public knowledge has a significant and positive effect on the interest in becoming a customer with a regression coefficient of 0.606 and a significance value of 0.001 (p < 0.05). In addition, strategic location and adequate facilities also have a significant effect on public interest. Simultaneously, knowledge and location significantly influence customer interest, with an F-value of 8.631 > F-table of 3.25 and a significance level of 0.001 (p < 0.05). The coefficient of determination (R2) of 31.8% indicates that knowledge and location together partially explain the variation in customer interest, while other factors such as promotion, service, brand image, and socioeconomic conditions contribute to the remaining 68.2%. This finding provides important insights for developing BSI OTO's financing marketing strategy to increase customer interest.
