<![CDATA[Teacher performance within schools is shaped by multiple organizational and individual factors; therefore, this study examines the relationships among work skills, leadership style, job satisfaction, and teacher performance, while also investigating the mediating role of job satisfaction in the influence of work skills and leadership style on teacher performance. Data were obtained through questionnaires distributed to teachers from several schools in Indonesia and subsequently analyzed using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) approach. The findings indicate that work facilities and leadership style exert a significant positive effect on teachers’ work productivity, which further contributes positively to teacher work outcomes. In addition, job satisfaction was found to mediate the relationship between work facilities and leadership style on teacher performance. These results imply that schools need to improve work facilities, foster supportive leadership practices, and pay closer attention to teachers’ work ethics in order to enhance productivity and ultimately improve the overall quality of education.]]>
