Clean and Healthy Living Behavior (PHBS) is an important effort in establishing healthy living habits from an early age. One of the most effective implementations of PHBS is the habit of washing hands with soap (CTPS), because hands are the main medium for transmitting various infectious diseases. Although it appears simple, many children still wash their hands only with water without using soap because they feel their hands are not dirty. WHO data indicate that proper handwashing practices among children remain low, while Indonesia continues to face challenges related to infectious diseases as part of the triple burden of health problems. Schools have a strategic role in instilling CTPS habits through health education and support from community health centers. Therefore, this community service activity aims to improve knowledge and establish the habit of washing hands with soap among first-grade students at SD Aisyiyah Unggulan 1 Pontianak City as an effort to prevent diseases and improve children's health status. This activity is expected to provide better understanding regarding the importance of CTPS and encourage the consistent implementation of clean and healthy living behaviors in daily life.
