A bridging system is an integration mechanism that connects two or more applications, enabling simultaneous data entry and synchronization across platforms. An initial survey conducted at the Sungai Andai Community Health Center (Puskesmas) revealed several obstacles within the bridging process. These issues resulted in the failure to transmit patient visit data, which consequently affects the capitation payments from the Social Security Administrator for Health (BPJS Kesehatan). This study aims to investigate the bridging process between the Primary Care (P-Care) application and the Community Health Center Management Information System (E-Puskesmas Klaster) at Puskesmas Sungai Andai, Banjarmasin, by analyzing the system's readiness and technical implementation. This research employed a qualitative method with a case study design. The findings indicate that the bridging process between P-Care and E-Puskesmas Klaster is currently hindered by several factors. These constraints include an unstable Wi-Fi connection, frequent application errors or server downtimes, incomplete clinical data entry, outdated health personnel administrative data, and the absence of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to guide the implementation of the bridging system at the facility.
