This study aims to analyze the influence of service quality, transparency, and village officials' responsiveness on community satisfaction at the Kedungneng Village Office, Losari District, Brebes Regency. The research employed a quantitative approach using a survey method. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to community members who received public services at the village office. The collected data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with the assistance of IBM SPSS Statistics 26 to examine the partial and simultaneous effects of the independent variables. The results indicate that service quality has a positive and significant effect on community satisfaction (t = 2.736; Sig. = 0.007). Transparency also has a positive and significant effect (t = 8.907; Sig. = 0.000), as does the responsiveness of village officials (t = 5.519; Sig. = 0.000). Simultaneously, the three variables significantly influence community satisfaction, with an F-value of 321.406 (Sig. = 0.000). The Adjusted R Square value of 0.839 indicates that 83.9% of the variation in community satisfaction is explained by service quality, transparency, and the responsiveness of village officials, while the remaining 16.1% is influenced by other factors outside the research model. These findings highlight the importance of improving public service quality, strengthening information transparency, and enhancing the responsiveness of village officials to meet community needs, thereby creating effective, accountable, and citizen-oriented public services.
