Employee performance is one of the key factors supporting the achievement of organizational goals, particularly in educational institutions. This study aims to analyze the effects of work motivation, workload, and gender composition on employee performance at MI Modern Bani Adam Boyolali. A quantitative approach with a survey method was employed in this study. The population and sample consisted of all 44 employees, selected using a saturated sampling technique. Data were collected through a Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed using multiple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS software. The findings reveal that work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, while workload has a negative and significant effect on employee performance. Gender composition also has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Furthermore, work motivation, workload, and gender composition simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance. The Adjusted R Square value of 0.759 indicates that these three independent variables explain 75.9% of the variation in employee performance, while the remaining 24.1% is influenced by other factors beyond the scope of this study. The findings are expected to serve as a reference for schools in improving employee performance by strengthening work motivation, managing workload proportionally, and fostering effective gender diversity in the workplace.
