Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Dan Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Melalui Kepuasan Kerja (Studi Kasus Pada Karyawan Universitas Boyolali). Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah dengan menggunakan uji instrument yang meliputi uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas, uji linieritas, analisis regresi, analisis jalur (pengaruh langsung pengaruh tidak langsung dan pengaruh total), Uji t, Uji F, Uji koefisien determinasi dan analisis korelasi. Hasil Uji Hipotesis adalah: Kepemimpinan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Kepemimpinan berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hasil uji F diketahui besarnya nilai F =12,920 signifikansi 0,000<0,05. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan secara bersama-sama Kepemimpinan, lingkungan kerja dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan Universitas Boyolali. Nilai R2 total sebesar 0,942 dapat diartikan variasi kinerja Karyawan di Universitas Boyolali dijelaskan oleh variabel kepemimpinan, lingkungan kerja dan kepuasan kerja, sebesar 94,2% dan sisanya 5,8% dijelaskan variabel lain diluar model penelitian sebagai contoh iklim organisasi dan pengalaman karyawan. Hasil analisis jalur diketahui jalur lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja, merupakan jalur yang dominan atau efektif untuk meningkatkan kinerja.Kata Kunci :      Kepemimpinan, Lingkungan Kerja, Kepuasan Kerja, Kinerja Karyawan

Abstract

Corona Virus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) is an infectious disease that is caused by one type of coronavirus, namely the SARS-CoV-2 virus which can cause shortness of breath to severe pneumonia, and can even cause death. Therefore, from the current problems, especially for residents of Kiringan Village in places of worship, it is necessary to provide an understanding in order to comply with health protocols and prevent the presence of the corona virus. the author formulates a problem, namely how to attempt to implement discipline and law enforcement of health protocols based on Article 12 of Regent Regulation Number 49 of 2020 concerning Places of Worship. The method used in this research is juridical empirical and the type of research used is a qualitative descriptive approach. So that the author in an effort to enforce the health protocol carried out several activities including providing health protocol education to the takmir of the Al Hidayah Kiringan mosque and to village youths and mosques in Sidodadi Village about spraying

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemi has a major impact on all aspects and sectors in people’s lives, especially in the economic sector. One of the UMKM in Dusun Gender that experienced the impact was a cement plant pot business. Marketing, which is usually carried out only through direct promotion from one person to another, must now be further developed. Currently the whole world has entered the digital era, where internet networks and computer information technology can be accessed everywhere. Social media is indeed very attractive to UMKM to develop their business. Social media has a very big influence, people are quicker to receive information via the internet. With easy and fast access, this is used by small UMKM entrepreneurs to be more courageous in promoting their products because the internet network is very wide and there are no time and area restrictions so that it becomes an effective marketing medium. With marketing through sosial media it has had significant results there have been several orders made from outside the village who know about this pot business through sosial media

Abstract

TPA or TPQ stands for an educational park. The Koran is a community institution that provides non-formal Islamic education which aims to increase knowledge of Islamic religious knowledge, such as reading the Koran, how to read the Koran properly and correctly according to science Tajweed, memorizing prayers that are applied in our daily lives, doing prayer 5 times. As well as helping children's growth and development in order to have life guidelines and readiness to enter further education. Tpa which is usually attended by children of kindergarten, SD / MI ( Elementary school) , Junior High School (SMP) and Senior High School(SMA). TPA education is not mandatory, however, to form children's character, they must attend TPA. So that children can have a good personality and can be followed by other children. It takes an understanding of the contents of the Al-Qur'an to practice Islamic religious education that is obtained in daily life seriously. Abstract

Coronavirus Disease 19 (Covid-19) is a new type of disease that attacks the human respiratory system and has been declared by WHO as a Covid-19 pandemic. In Indonesia, in order to prevent the transmission of this virus, various efforts have been made, namely using masks when in public places, lockdowns in red zones, and physical quarantine. In an effort to help prevent the virus, regions in Indonesia have also implemented various policies. As has been done in Jlobong Rt 06/ Rw 01 Pusporenggo, Musuk, Boyolali. Participants in Real Work Lectures in an effort to educate understanding several programs aimed at preventing the transmission of Covid-19 and helping the economy of the people affected by Covid-19, including ordering a team of Covid-19 volunteers in Jlobong Village, distributing aid, as well as education and socialization. the use of masks to the people of Jlobong Village.

Abstract

AbstrakTujuan pelaksanaan program PKM ini antara lain: (1) Meningkatkan kapasitas dan sinergitas, pengetahuan, sikap, dan keterampilan dalam menerapkan teknologi penanganan pasca panen bunga mawar agar nilai jual bunga mawar stabil. (2) Memotivasi Kelompok Perempuan Putri Mawar agar tetap bersemangat dalam berwira usaha. (3) Mendorong Unit Produksi untuk tetap menjaga kualitas dan kontinuitas produksi. Target luaran dari program PKM ini adalah: 1) Unit Produksi Putri Mawar dapat meningkatkan produktifitasnya, mandiri, dan ramah lingkungan; 2) Unit Produksi Putri Mawar dapat melakukan inovasi produk untuk menghasilkan produk unggulan yang unik, inovatif, berdaya saing, dan berkelanjutan; 3) Unit Produksi Putri Mawar dapat menghasilkan nilai tambah bunga mawar sehingga meningkatkan kesejahteraan anggota; 4)Terlaksananya publikasi ilmiah melalui jurnal ber ISSN; 5) Terlaksananya pemasaran secara online. Metode yang digunakan dalam pencapaian tujuan tersebut di atas adalah: peningkatan capacity building melalui pemberian pengetahuan, pembentukan sikap, dan keterampilan melalui pelatihan dan praktek lapangan. Pemberian bantuan alat produksi dan pendampingan pasca program untuk menjamin keberlangsungan usaha. Melalui adanya program kemitraan masyarakat ini KWT Putri Mawar diketahui memiliki kemampuan untuk mengembangkan usaha dan meningkatkan kesejahteraan anggota. Kontinuitas produksi juga dapat meningkat seiring dengan meningkatnya manajemen produksi dan pemasaran sehingga produk olahan mawar dapat dikenal masyarakat luas.AbstractThe objectives of implementing this community partnership program include: (1) Increasing capacity and synergy, knowledge, attitudes, and skills in applying post-harvest handling technology for roses so that the selling value of roses is stable. (2) Motivating the Putri Mawar Women's Group to remain enthusiastic in entrepreneurship. (3) Encouraging Production Units to maintain the quality and continuity of production. The output targets of this community partnership program are: 1) The Putri Mawar Production Unit can increase its productivity, be independent, and environmentally friendly; 2) The Putri Mawar Production Unit can innovate products to produce superior products that are unique, innovative, competitive, and sustainable; 3) The Putri Mawar Production Unit can produce the added value of roses so as to improve the welfare of members; 4) Implementation of scientific publications through journals with ISSN; 5) Implementation of online marketing. The methods used in achieving the above objectives are: increasing capacity building through the provision of knowledge, forming attitudes, and skills through training and field practice. Providing production equipment assistance and post-program assistance to ensure business continuity. Through this community partnership program, Putri Mawar Women’s Group is known to have the ability to develop businesses and improve the welfare of members. Continuity of production can also increase along with the improvement of production and marketing management so that processed rose products can be known by the wider community.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of promotion on the sales volume of Honda motorcycles at PT Timbul Mandiri Jaya Boyolali. Methods of data collection using questionnaire method. The data analysis used is multiple regression analysis and significance testing using the t and f test. The result show that that there is a positive and significant effect of advertising, personal selling and direct marketing to sales volume with < with significance of 5% or 0,05, while the remaining 2 variables are sales promotion and public elations which have no positive and insignificant effect on sales volume.

Abstract

In this study the quality of service includes direct evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy. This study will look at the effect of simultaneous and partial service quality on customer satisfaction. The data collection techniques used are questionnaires, interviews, observations and documentation conducted from May to July 2018. Sampling techniques used incidentally, all data are analyzed with percentage analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, determination coefficient, F test and t test. The number of samples in this study was 100 respondents. From hypothesis testing it is known that the skin of the service simultaneously positively affects the customer satisfaction of Aneka Kripik "ARTO MORO". Partially responsiveness variables, Assurance variables, and empathy variables have a positive influence on customer satisfaction Aneka Kripik "ARTO MORO" while direct evidence variables and reliability variables have no effect on customer satisfaction Aneka Kripik "ARTO MORO". Of the three variables that have an effect, the most dominant responsiveness variable.

Abstract

Within a company, employees are one of the most valuable assets. Employees are human resources that drive companies to compete with other companies. Employees who have satisfaction in working will certainly be able to increase performance productivity and achieve the goals set by the company. PT Timbul Mandiri Jaya Boyolali is a company engaged in the automotive sector which is addressed at Jalan Boyolali - Semarang KM 1, Winong Village, Boyolali District, Boyolali Regency. PT Timbul Mandiri Jaya Boyolali sells Honda motorcycle products and serves Honda motorcycle services. PT Timbul Mandiri Jaya Boyolali is the largest Honda motorcycle dealer in the city of Boyolali which has 75 employees both sales and ahass, because it has quite a lot of employees of course need good management so that employees get satisfaction in working, this causes an influence on employee performance working at PT Timbul Mandiri Jaya Boyolali. This study aims to determine the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance at PT Timbul Mandiri Jaya Boyolali and which job satisfaction variables most influence employee performance at PT Timbul Mandiri Jaya Boyolali. This research was conducted at PT Timbul Mandiri Jaya Boyolali, a research period of 3 months by distributing several questionnaires with the object of Timbul Jaya Motor employees as many as 75 correspondents. Methods of collecting data using questionnaires. Analysis of the data used is multiple regression analysis and significance testing using t and F tests. The results show that there is no positive and significant effect of salary, the job itself, promotion and coworkers on employee performance, while the supervisory variable has a positive and significant influence on employee performance with t_table <t_count with a significance of more than 5% or 0.05 Keywords : Salary, Employment, Promotion, Colleagues, Supervision, and Employee Performance.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui adanya pengaruh antara disiplin kerja, lingkungan kerja dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Sahabat Unggul Internasional Kabupaten Semarang. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner.” Dari 4000 karyawan diambil sampel sebanyak 364 responden. Dengan menggunakan teknik regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan SPSS 22. Kemudian dibaca output yang dihasilkan seberapa besar pengaruh disiplin kerja, lingkungan kerja dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Uji regresi linier berganda mendapatkanhasil RSquare sebesar 43,6%. Sehingga dapat diketahui bahwa 43,6% variabel disiplin kerja, lingkungan kerja dan kepuasan kerja mempengaruhi variabel kinerja karyawan. Sedangkan sisanya 56,4% dipengaruhi variabel lain. Hasil penelitian ini disimpulkan bahwa variabel disiplin kerja, lingkungan kerja dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Sahabat Unggul Internasional Kabupaten Semarang melalui uji simultan maupun uji parsial. ABSTRACT “The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of work discipline, work environment and job satisfaction on employee performance at PT Sahabat Unggul Internasional Semarang. “In this study using quantitative methods with data collection techniques through questionnaires. The sample in this study were 364 respondents. The technique analysis used is multiple linear regression with SPSS 22. Then look at the resulting output how much influence the work discipline, work environment and job satisfaction on employee performance in hypothesis testing. From regression analysis tes, explained that 43,6% variabel of work discipline, work environment and job satisfaction. Meanhile 56,4% influenced by other variables. From the results of this study it is concludedthat work discipline, work environment and job satisfaction through partial test and simultaneous test have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Sahabat Unggul Internasional Semarang.
