Employee performance is a crucial factor in determining the effectiveness of public services. This study aims to evaluate the influence of work-life balance, work motivation, and job satisfaction on employee performance at the Boyolali Regency Transportation Agency. The research employed a quantitative approach involving 60 employees as respondents. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS version 26. The results show that work-life balance does not have a significant effect on employee performance, whereas work motivation and job satisfaction have positive and significant effects. Simultaneously, the three variables have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The coefficient of determination (R²) of 68.4% indicates that work-life balance, work motivation, and job satisfaction explain 68.4% of the variation in employee performance, while the remaining 31.6% is influenced by other factors outside the study. These findings indicate that strengthening employee motivation, improving job satisfaction, and maintaining an appropriate balance between work and personal life remain important efforts to support higher employee productivity and more effective public service performance.
