Administrative management in café and restaurant businesses involves various interrelated activities, including sales transactions, inventory management, purchasing materials, and reporting. Managing these activities separately often leads to data fragmentation, recording redundancy, and difficulties for managers in obtaining a comprehensive operational overview. This study aims to develop a web-based administrative data integration model that connects transaction, inventory, purchasing, and reporting data within a unified system to support operational control. The study employs the Waterfall software engineering methodology, encompassing requirements analysis, system design, implementation, and testing. The proposed model utilizes an integrated database as the central information hub. Purchasing data serves as the source for inventory addition, sales transactions record revenue while triggering inventory deduction, and all aggregated data is processed automatically into operational reports and a monitoring dashboard. Black Box testing results confirm that all system modules function according to user requirements. The novelty of this research lies in the integration of four primary data groups (transactions, inventory, purchasing, and reporting) into a cohesive information flow specifically tailored for operational control in café and restaurant environments.
