The development of digital technology encourages Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) to utilize digital media as a means of marketing and product information delivery. 3D Parfume MSME still conducts its marketing activities conventionally and does not yet have a structured online platform, resulting in limitations for customers in obtaining complete product information. This study aims to design a website prototype for 3D Parfume MSME as a digital marketing medium by applying the User-Centered Design (UCD) method and evaluating the usability level of the design using the System Usability Scale (SUS). The UCD method was implemented through the stages of understanding the context of use, identifying user requirements, and designing solutions. User requirements were collected through observation and interviews with the MSME, which were then used as the basis for designing an interactive prototype. The prototype consists of Home, Catalog, About Us, and Checkout pages designed to provide product information and support the ordering process simulation. Usability evaluation was conducted using the SUS questionnaire involving 20 respondents who had interacted with the prototype. The results obtained an average SUS score of 77.75, which falls into the Good category, Grade B, with an Acceptable level of acceptance. These results indicate that the prototype has good usability and can serve as a basis for further development of the 3D Parfume MSME website at the implementation stage.
