RRQ Arena Manado still relies on social media for information publication and online forms for tournament registration, leaving information, participant data, and administrative processes distributed across different platforms. This study aims to design and implement an information system website that integrates publication, player data, tournaments, matches, and administration within a single platform. Development applied the Agile methodology with the Scrum framework through four Sprints: publication, user authentication and profile management, tournaments and competitions, and system administration and finalization. The website was developed using native PHP and MySQL in a localhost environment. The resulting system provides news and media publication, account and player management, team and individual tournament registration, notifications, leaderboards, Swiss Stage and Single Elimination brackets, and administrator dashboards. Black Box testing of 26 scenarios achieved a 100% success rate. System Usability Scale evaluation involving 15 respondents produced an average score of 76.5, classified as Good and within the acceptable range. These results indicate that the system met the defined functional requirements and received a positive usability assessment in the local testing environment.
