The development of artificial intelligence (AI) has brought significant changes in education through the provision of more adaptive, personalized, and data-driven learning. However, its use also raises ethical challenges related to algorithmic bias, data privacy, and potential technology dependence. This research aims to analyze the human-AI collaboration strategy in education and its ethical implications. The method used is a literature study with a qualitative approach, involving the review of scientific books, reputable journal articles, and reports from international institutions. The analysis was carried out through content analysis techniques, comparative analysis, and thematic synthesis. The results of the study show that AI can strengthen learning effectiveness through personification, automated feedback, and student data analysis support. However, the role of teachers remains central in maintaining humanistic aspects, verifying AI recommendations, and ensuring that the learning process takes place ethically and safely. This research emphasizes the importance of AI literacy for teachers, data protection policies, and balanced integration of AI with pedagogical interactions. As such, human–AI collaboration needs to be responsibly designed to support quality, humanitarian-oriented learning.
