This study examines the relationship of madrasah principal leadership, organizational culture, and work motivation with teacher performance at SMP Islam Al-Kahfi Somalangu Kebumen. A quantitative approach was applied to 46 respondents, with data collected through questionnaires. The analysis assessed both the individual contribution of each independent variable and their combined contribution to teacher performance. The findings indicate a significant effect of principal leadership, with a t-value of 2.730 and a significance level of 0.003. Organizational culture also shows a significant effect, producing a t-value of 4.051 and a significance level of 0.00. Work motivation has a significant effect as well, with a t-value of 4.180 and a significance level of 0.00. The coefficient of determination is 0.621, meaning that the three independent variables jointly account for 62.1% of the variation in teacher performance, while the remaining 37.9% is associated with other factors outside the model. Overall, principal leadership, organizational culture, and work motivation significantly affect teacher performance when considered simultaneously
