<![CDATA[Introduction: Maternal mortality remains a significant public health problem. The main causes of maternal death include hemorrhage, hypertensive disorders in pregnancy, and other complications such as COVID-19, kidney failure, heart disease, and placental abruption. One contributing factor is the lack of knowledge among pregnant women regarding danger signs during the first, second, and third trimesters of pregnancy. Therefore, effective educational media are needed to improve maternal knowledge about pregnancy danger signs. Method: This study employed a quasi-experimental design with a two-group pretest-posttest design. The population consisted of all pregnant women in the first, second, and third trimesters in the working area of Puskesmas Batin, totaling 56 respondents from January to March 2025. Total sampling was used. Data were collected using pretest and posttest questionnaires. Data analysis was conducted using univariate analysis to describe frequency distributions and bivariate analysis using the Wilcoxon test to determine differences before and after the intervention. Result: Before receiving the digital pocketbook intervention, 57.1% of respondents had moderate knowledge, which increased to 46.4% having good knowledge after the intervention. In the video intervention group, 60.7% initially had moderate knowledge, which increased to 57.1% having good knowledge after the intervention. Wilcoxon test results showed that both media significantly improved knowledge (ρ = 0.000), with a descriptively larger mean increase observed in the video media group. Conclusion: Both media were effective in increasing pregnant women's knowledge of pregnancy danger signs, with video media showing a descriptively larger improvement. Health centers are encouraged to integrate video and digital pocketbook media into ANC services to support early detection of pregnancy complications.]]>
