This research aims to analyze the implementation of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) method on Caterpillar 3406 machine at PT. Tiga Musim Mas Jaya to improve the effectiveness and reliability of production machines. The research methods used include field observation, interviews, and analysis of machine operational data such as operation time, downtime, production quantity, and product quality. Machine effectiveness is measured using Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE indicator which consists of availability, performance, and quality. The results showed availability value of 96.15%, performance of 95.00%, and quality of 98.58%, thus obtained OEE value of 90.04% which is categorized as very good according to Japan Institute of Plant Maintenance standard (?85%). The implementation of TPM is proven to reduce downtime, increase machine reliability, and support the achievement of production targets. Therefore, TPM is recommended as a sustainable maintenance strategy to improve company productivity.
