The development of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) requires not only adequate financial resources and marketing strategies but also effective human resource management. MSME actors affiliated with Gerakan Pemuda Ansor (GP Ansor) in Pagedangan, Tangerang, face challenges in managing human resources effectively to support business growth and competitiveness. This Community Service Program (PKM) aimed to improve participants’ knowledge and practical skills in human resource management, particularly in employee recruitment, task distribution, communication, motivation, and performance management, to strengthen the competitiveness of local businesses. The activity was conducted at the GP Ansor Pagedangan office, Tangerang, on April 4–5, 2026, involving 19 GP Ansor members. The program was implemented by three lecturers from Universitas Pamulang. The implementation consisted of three main stages: preparation, implementation, and reporting. During the implementation stage, learning activities were conducted through material presentations, practical exercises, discussions, and question-and-answer sessions. The results indicated an increase in participants’ understanding of basic human resource management principles and their ability to apply these principles to their business activities. Participants also demonstrated greater awareness of the importance of systematic human resource management in improving employee effectiveness and business performance. The activity is expected to contribute to strengthening the managerial capacity and competitiveness of local MSMEs.
