<![CDATA[The accumulation of inorganic waste, such as plastics, packaging materials, and textile scraps, presents a major environmental challenge in urban areas like Tangerang City. This community service program aims to educate and empower the local community with skills to transform household waste into functional, aesthetic, and economically valuable upcycled fashion products. The program was implemented through a participatory approach consisting of three main phases: (1) socialization and education on eco-friendly waste management, (2) technical workshops and design mentoring on converting waste into wearable fashion, and (3) work evaluation and celebration through a Fashion Show Competition in Tangerang City. The results showed an 85% increase in participants' knowledge and technical capacity regarding creative waste management. Furthermore, the initiative successfully produced various unique waste-based garments that were visually appealing and functionally wearable. The fashion show competition proved to be an effective platform for artistic appreciation, public eco-fashion education, and a catalyst for developing waste-based creative economy potential in Tangerang City.]]>
