This study aims to analyze the effect of compensation, work environment, work flexibility, and work-life balance on the performance of part-time employees at Titik Temu Cafe. This research method uses a quantitative method with a causal approach. The data analysis technique used in this study is Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). Sampling used a saturated sampling method of 61 Titik Temu Cafe employees. Data were collected through questionnaires processed using Microsoft Excel 2021 and SmartPLS 4.1.1.8 software. using analysis techniques namely Research Instrument Test, Common Method Bias (CMB), Outer Model Test namely Validity Test namely Convergent Validity, Average Variance Extracted (AVE), Discriminant Validity and Reliability Test. In addition, there is an Inner Model Test including R-Square (R2), F2 Effect Size, Q² Predictive Relevance and Hypothesis Test. The results of this study indicate that compensation has a positive but not significant effect on employee performance. The work environment has a positive but not significant effect on employee performance. Work flexibility has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work-life balance has a positive but insignificant effect on employee performance.
