<![CDATA[This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of entrepreneurship education, the role of E-Commerce, and self-efficacy on entrepreneurial decisions among the people of Jember Regency. Unemployment among educated people and the shrinking of formal job absorption have pushed independent entrepreneurship to become the dominant occupational status in Jember, yet the quality of micro-enterprises remains low, with only 41% reaching independent status against an 80% target. This study employed a quantitative causal approach. The population consisted of the working-age community of Jember Regency who own or run a business, and a sample of 100 respondents was determined using the Slovin formula with a purposive sampling technique. Data were collected through a Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed using instrument tests (validity and reliability), classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression, the coefficient of determination (R2), and t-tests with the aid of IBM SPSS. The results show that entrepreneurship education, the role of E-Commerce, and self-efficacy each have a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial decisions, with the three variables jointly explaining 57.5% of the variance in entrepreneurial decisions. These findings imply that strengthening entrepreneurship education, digital literacy for E-Commerce adoption, and self-confidence building are essential strategies for local governments and communities to accelerate quality entrepreneurship in Jember Regency.]]>
