Abstract

The success of the training can be explained in 3 aspects, namely: active participation of participants, understanding of the material and the ability to re-explain the material. The purpose of this community service is to improve the skills of program managers in terms of active participation of participants, understanding of the material and the ability to re-explain the material. The community service method used is a participatory training approach that begins with a pre-test, then the implementation of the training (material, discussion and practice) which ends with an evaluation (post-test). The training participants were 12 people who were responsible for the program at the UPTD Puskesmas (for neutrality, the name of the Puskesmas was deliberately hidden).
