A person's nutritional status is influenced by their nutritional intake and needs. Adolescents are an age group that is very vulnerable to nutritional problems, both deficiencies and excesses. Nutritional conditions in adolescents require special attention because they have a serious impact on growth and development of the body in adulthood. The study aims to determine the relationship between energy intake and physical activity levels with the nutritional status of students at SMA Negeri 1 Nguter Sukoharjo. This type of research is an observational study with a Cross Sectional research design. The study was conducted at SMA Negeri 1 Nguter Sukoharjo in April 2026 with the research sample being 73 grade XI students with a Systematic Random Sampling method. Data collection was taken using an interview method using the 24-hour Food Recall form and the International Physical Activity Questionnaire for Adolescent (IPAQ-A) form. The results of the study showed that there was no relationship between energy intake and nutritional status of students with a p value of 0.354 and showed no relationship between physical activity levels and nutritional status of students with a value of 0.441. Based on the research, it was found that there was no relationship between energy intake and physical activity levels with the nutritional status of students at SMA Negeri 1 Nguter Sukoharjo.
