The transition from university learning to school-based teaching practice requires prospective teachers to possess pedagogical, professional, social, personal, and digital competencies. Prospective teachers in Islamic Education (PAI) and Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Teacher Education (PGMI) need practical preparation before participating in the Teaching Practice Program (PPL). This community service activity aimed to strengthen the professional readiness of PAI and PGMI students through a workshop entitled “From Campus to Classroom: Membentuk Calon Guru PAI dan PGMI yang Profesional, Berkarakter, Adaptif, dan Siap Mengajar.” The activity was designed using a workshop approach that combined 30% theoretical explanation and 70% practical activities. The methods included interactive lectures, discussions, question-and-answer sessions, case studies, role play, microteaching, learning simulations, digital media practice, reflection, and professional commitment building. The workshop focused on professional teacher identity, classroom management, teaching preparation, school culture, communication, and ethical use of information technology and artificial intelligence. The activity is expected to strengthen students’ readiness to conduct PPL and to improve their ability to respond to authentic classroom situations. Evaluation after implementation will examine participation, understanding, teaching practice, learning design, case analysis, and professional commitment.
