<![CDATA[The evolution of digital financial technology encourages MSME actors to utilize digital payments to facilitate transactions and financial management. This study aims to analyze differences in the financial literacy of MSME actors before and after the implementation of digital payments in Kota Baru District. This study employed a quantitative method involving a sample of 60 MSME actors who had utilized digital payments. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using validity, reliability, normality, and paired sample t-test tests. The findings indicate that the research instrument demonstrated good validity and reliability. The hypothesis testing results revealed a significant difference in financial behavior before and after the implementation of digital payments. Nevertheless, there was no significant difference in financial attitudes before and after the implementation of digital payments. These findings indicate that the implementation of digital payments can improve the financial management behavior of MSME actors, although it has not yet resulted in a significant change in financial attitudes. Thus, the use of digital payments has a positive impact on the behavioral aspect of MSME actors' financial management and supports better financial management.]]>
