Abstract

This study is performed to examine the effect of Current ratio, Cash ratio, Debt to Total Equity (DER), Return on Investment (ROI), Earning per Share (EPS), Asset Growth  toward Dividend per Share (DPS) in industry Wholesale and Retail Trade that is listed in BEI. The objective of this study is to scale and analyze the effect of the company financial ratios performance (Current ratio, Cash ratio, Debt to Total Equity (DER), Return on Investment (ROI), Earning per Share (EPS), Asset Growth  toward Dividend per Share (DPS) in industry Wholesale and Retail Trade that is listed in BEI) over period 2009 - 2012. Sampling technique used here is purposive sampling on criterion (1) the company that trade their stocks in Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI); (2) the company that represents their financial report per December 2009-2012; and (3) the company that continually share their dividend per December 2009-2012. The data is obtained based on Indonesian Capital Market Directory (ICMD 2012 and 2013) publication. It is gained sample amount of 15 companies from 30 companies those are listed in BEI. While simultaneously (Current ratio, Cash ratio, Debt to Total Equity (DER), Return on Investment (ROI), Earning per Share (EPS), Asset Growth) proof significantly influent DPS in Wholesale and Retail Trade industry in the level less than 5%. Predictable of the seven variables toward DPS is 68,90% as indicated by adjusted R square that is 68,90% while the rest 31,10% is affected by other factors is not included into the study model.

Abstract

This Study entitled “Financial Performance On CV. ARTHA MANDIRI. The purpose of this study were : 1. To determine the development of the Current Ratio (CR), , Cash Ratio, Total Assets Turn Over ( TATO), Fixed Assets Turn Over (FATO), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Net Profit Margin (NPM), Return on Investment (ROI) 2. To determine the financial performance of CV. ARTHA MANDIRI. To achieve this goal in doing the following steps : 1. See the development of the financial performance of the CV. ARTHA MANDIRI by using Liquidity Ratios, Activity Ratios, Solvabilitas Ratios and Profitability Ratios. 2. Conduct an analysis of financial performance of the CV. ARTHA MANDIRI 0f six indicators of financial ratios. Results of this study indicate that : 1. The development of each ratio is not optimal and fluctuates annually. 2. The financial performance of the CV. ARTHA MANDIRI are from year to year has fluctuate development and the achievement was not optimal, so in this case an enterprise is not able to perform its management company and obligations. For the management company, should seek to continue to maintain and repair financial performance in order tto be better in the future, by focusing more on improving Liquidity Ratios, Activity Ratios, Solvabilitas Ratios and Profitability Ratios.

Abstract

This study is performed to examine the effect of Current Ratio (CR), Debt To Equity Ratio (DER), Total Asset Turnover (TATO), Return On Equity (ROE) and Earning per Share (EPS) toward stock price on Retail trade and whole sale that is listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange from 2009 to 2012. Sampling technique used here is purposive sampling to obtain samples in accordance with predeterminan criteria. Method of data analysis used is the multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis test using f-statistic to examine the mean of mutual, t-statistic to examine partial and test the coefficient of determination. Data processing was carried out using SPSS 16.0. In addition, classical assumption is also performed including normality test, multicolinearity test, autocorrelation test and heteroscedasticity test.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang Analisis Rasio Likuiditas, Solvabilitas, Aktivitas dan Profitabilitas untuk menilai kinerja keuangan PT. Angkasa Pura II (Persero), Adapun tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kondisi dan kinerja berdasarkan rasio keuangan. Data yang digunakan data primer dan data sekunder. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah jenis penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif yang bertujuan untuk mencari informasi faktual. Objek yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu laporan keuangan berupa Neraca dan Laporan Laba Rugi PT. Angkasa Pura II (Persero) periode 2019 dan 2020. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah metode analisis data kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian dilihat dari rasio likuditasnya tahun 2019 lebih baik jika dibandingkan tahun 2020. Begitu juga dengan rasio solvabilitas tahun 2019 lebih baik jika dibandingkan tahun 2020. Rasio aktivitas tahun 2019 lebih efektif jika dibandingkan tahun 2020 dan rasio profitabilitas tahun 2019 lebih baik jika dibandingkan tahun 2020.

ANGKASA PURA II JAMBI The method used in this research is the quantitative method by performing multiple linear regression analysis. This research was conducted with quantitative methods. The data collection technique used is a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression using SPSS version 16 for windows.Leadership style partially has a significant effect on employee performance, partially work motivation also has a significant effect on employee performance. Leadership style and work motivation simultaneously affect employee performance.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of using SWOT analysis in realizing BUMDes-based entrepreneurship in Parit Panjang Hamlet, Jambi Tulo Village, Maro Sebo District, Muaro Jambi Regency. The type of research used is qualitative research with a case study approach with the scope of this research being BUMDes members in Parit Panjang Hamlet, Jambi Tulo Village, Maro Sebo District, Muaro Jambi Regency. The results of the research show that the SWOT analysis not only looks at four aspects from different points of view for the sustainability of BUMDes in Parit Panjang Hamlet, Jambi Tulo Village, Maro Sebo District, Muaro Jambi Regency, but is able to provide a way for the creation of job opportunities for the community to become entrepreneurs and founders of successful MSMEs. not there yet.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memperkenalkan kepada masyarakat khususnya Ibu-Ibu di Kota Jambi tentang konsep Financial Literacy dan Financial Behavior. Dimana Kehidupan rumah tangga tidak lepas dari masalah keuangan. Karena itu, mengatur keuangan rumah tangga bukanlah perkara yang mudah. Perlu cara mengatur keuangan rumah tangga yang benar agar seluruh kebutuhan keluarga bisa terpenuhi.. Dengan demikian tentunya penting akan pengetahuan tentang konsep Financial Literacy dan Financial Behavior. Kegiatan ini diadakan pada ibu-ibu Perumahan Villa Gading Mayang, Kelurahan Mayang Mangurai Kota Jambi
