This study aims to analyze the relationship between irregular eating patterns and coffee consumption and gastritis symptoms among nursing students at Triatma Mulya Jembrana University. A quantitative method with a cross-sectional approach was employed. The results indicate a significant relationship between irregular eating patterns and gastritis symptoms, characterized by a very strong correlation. Additionally, a significant relationship was found between coffee consumption and gastritis symptoms, with a strong correlation. In conclusion, both irregular eating patterns and coffee consumption are significantly associated with gastritis symptoms, with irregular eating patterns showing a more dominant or stronger association than coffee consumption.
